Paul B Morris & nOthing BOOKS Publications

Hopeful Dreams and Damaged Nightmares is a collection of poetry and very short stories written by pAul B mOrris. Most of the poetry featured in the book was previously available on this website during 2017.

Everything in this book is quite emotionally dark (apart from the odd one or two poems about love) and possibly should only be read when you’re in a good mood. Having said that, you may find some of the poetry and stories relevant to your current existence and therefore quite useful. If that actually happens, then please let us know.

You can buy the book through Amazon either in paperback or Kindle here.

A collection of poetry reflecting upon the darkness and light of life that exists within this world of ours. What makes you want to shout out and share your emotions? Express your darkest times or your happiest moments? Let this book release your feelings through verse. Allow the words to set you free. Proceeds from the sale of this book are being donated to a leading UK mental health charity.

Tired of wholesome heroes? Bored of ‘super’  Boy Scouts? Sick of soft origin stories? Introducing the ‘Supersick’. A ragtag assortment of degenerate heroes from the twisted minds of some of today’s most talented indie authors. These are not your standard superheroes. This anthology contains sick and sadistic origin stories, macabre meanderings on the meaning of being a hero and sinister smackdowns between the weird and worrying. Unpleasant adventures await. Some scenes may disturb and sicken…..why else would you pick this up!! Welcome to the world of the Super-Sick.

Leading from the first few pages is my piece ‘I Am The Black Mist’ which is the nastiest piece of poetry/prose I have written to date. You can buy the book from Amazon either in paperback or Kindle here.

My debut story ‘Hail Mary’ has been published by Burdizzo Books. It is included in the horror anthology ‘The Reverend Burdizzo’s Hymn Book‘.

It is a horrifying, murderous tale of love and vengeance. There is plenty of bloodletting involved. You can buy the book from Amazon either in paperback or Kindle here. This is a charity book, with funds raised from sales going to NAPAC.

Poetry Collections

My dark poems Hey, Maggie and The Grey Man are featured in this amazing book published by HellBound Books

Only through dark poetry can a tragedy become something truly beautiful.

“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” This phrase has origins dating back to ancient Greece, circa 300 BC; proving that some humans have always had the ability to see beauty where others could not.

Beautiful Tragedies is a compilation of 140 works by no less than fifty-five amazing poets writing in a variety of forms–all inspired by feelings born in the darkest of times.

You can buy the book from Amazon on Kindle here.

I am delighted and honoured to have two poems featured in this fantastic book. Compiled by the amazing Richard Archer, Diverse Verse 2, is a compilation of poetry gathered from the four corners of the world and collected for your enjoyment.

This is a very special book. Not only is it filled with wonderful poetry but each contributor has given their work for free so that money raised from this collection can go to support Cancer Research UK.

You can purchase a copy of this book from Lulu Publishing.
